shoveling snow. it can be deadly for seniors, more for the cold temps than the actual exertion alone. so my dr. says.

You are the tallest when you wake up because you have been laying down and your intervertebral discs are allowed to fill back up with water, and that is what gives you the extra height...

BP would be the lowest when you are relxing on a warm tropical island Laughing
