I'm guessing Elementary school." The one on the bottom right is the teacheriest of them all. They are posed around a table with cake, styrofoam cups and perhaps small individually packaged containers of ice cream. Or iced milk.

I suspect that this series of pictures were taken for some sort of advertisement. It may have actually been for some occult/palm-reading service or even as a still for a TV spot for some other product. Halloween?
