20 slides processed on February 1959. There are several shots of Rams vs Packers game at the LA Coliseum on December 14, 1958. The Rams won 34-20. Most of the pictures are of the half-time marching band. I've blown up one of the slides so that you can see the Los Angeles Rams players.

17 slides from a Golf Tournament, most likely in L.A. based on the presence of KTTV. In one picture you can see a man holding a sign that reads:
Geiberger 2 Over Casper 2 Over Fleck 2 Over
I'm assuming that the sign refers to golfing legends Al Geiberger, Billy Casper & Jack Fleck and that those gentlemen are visible in the slides.

This lot was a nice surprise. The roll of film was processed in April of 1968. The box was labeled "Marine Land - Emerson & Joe - L.A." I didn't suspect that Emerson was Emerson Boozer and Joe was Broadway Joe Namath (white shoes and all!). The pictures were taken at Shea Stadium at a game against the Oakland Raiders on October 7th, 1967. The pictures appear to be mostly during pre-game warm-ups. I've blown up some of the photos so that you can see Namath, Boozer, WR Don Maynard and other Jets and Raiders players. There are a few slides in this collection with a thin blue line in the shot. I only saw one in the football set and Joe escaped unharmed.

About 300 35mm slides from the Neil DeFazio family. While Neil's last residence may have been in New Jersey, at the time these pictures were taken the family lived at 3768 Redondo Beach Blvd. in Torrance, California. Neil's parents lived in Florida. Someone, I'm guessing a family member, removed the holiday slides so no or very few Christmas/birthday pictures. They did leave all of the NFL games, golf tournament and several years worth of Disneyland visits.
